My small business has been using R&L Carriers freight company for our LTL needs for almost 2 years. I recently discovered during an internal audit that they have not only NOT been honoring their quotes, but have also been double charging my credit card (once at the local terminal and once at the corporate office).

When I brought this to the attention of both my sales rep and the accounting office, I failed to receive a reply for 5 days and was then told that it is not really anyone's responsibility to audit my account and refund the money!

After several more emails and phone calls, they send me a refund check that is not even close to the amount that they owe me, but they will not respond to any of my communications. I am considering small claims court and am now very please with Southeastern Freight.

Monetary Loss: $1300.

I shipped a used paper cutter for my small business, the shipment got all the way to my door and the driver dropped it from the truck. I put a claim in and they denied it with some *** explanation...the company is not to be trusted with your shipment! They don't deserve your money
