We schedule the pick up between 1 PM to 3 PM. The truck got here at 12:50 PM and we were not ready and ask them to come back after 2 PM.

Guess what? Never show up and I contact the dispatch center twice and the first answered promise to pick up and 2 call the dispatch guy refused to explain why he cannot send the truck driver to pick up. This is how they run the service business? All I want is to hear better explanation and he (John Davis) refused to talk and try to give me an altitude to hang up the phone!

if all the customers are paying for service and this what I got from them?

I should deserve a better and quality staff of R&L carrier to take care my problem! My company is based out of Los Angeles dispatch center for pick up.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Very poor and bad altitude, Poor service.
