I was scheduled a delivery on May 24th for Allen, TX. between 10am-2pm..

I called on 2:45 why my package not coming? After transferred 6 different customer service i got an answer that package is sill "on their dock" That 's SANGER, TX location... i have to schedule a week later. What's the point you schedule an appointment if you can't make delivery?

I wasted my whole day to wait and you gave no confirmation, no excuse, not even a text message to inform that cancel of appointment. just let me wait?

This company is terrible. DO NOT USE THEM unless you want a heart attack.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.
